T2 Enterprises Ltd - Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, transactions on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by ourselves. Pricing All prices are quoted in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. Payment shall be made on order and is acceptable by all major credit and debit cards: (Switch, Mastercard, AMEX and Visa) or by PayPal. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. You will be notified by e-mail of any change that increases the overall cost of your order prior to processing. Accepting orders Any offer published by T2 Enterprises is an invitation to treat and not an offer to supply. An order will not be regarded as accepted until we send you an e-mail to confirm that we have dispatched and accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reasons including failure to attain authorisation against a particular credit/debit card. In which case we will contact you to seek an alternative payment method. All orders for products are subject to availability. Delivery All courier deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt deliveries will only be made to the registered address of the cardholder as held by the issuing bank or building society. Where the card is owned and presented by a company the goods will only be despatched to the registered company address as listed at Companies House and approved by the issuing bank or building society. Credit card orders may or may not be accepted for shipment of goods outside the United Kingdom.Such decision will be be dependant on value and securing necessay Bank validation of the payment. T2 Enterprises reserves the right to deliver part orders, or hold orders until all items are available, as required. Credit cards will only be charged when Goods are despatched for delivery or collected from a T2 Store. Same day despatch is normally achieved irrespective of method of carriage, provided the orders have been received by T2 Enterprises before 13.00 hours GMT and are in stock items. Orders under 2Kg Orders under 2kg will be despatched where reasonably practicable by Royal Mail on the same day as the order is received by T2 Enterprises unless otherwise arranged. Customers can request and pay for next day delivery either by courier or Royal Mail next day services. Orders over 2Kg All items over 2kg will be despatched where reasonably practicable the same day as the order is received by T2 Enterprises. This will be by courier and normally delivered next working day to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands). P&P rates to Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore addresses are charged at a higher rate than UK Mainland and we reserve the right to ammend postage charges in this event where required. Overseas orders Carriage will be charged on orders involving shipping overseas at cost. NOTE : THIS COST MAY BE MORE THAN IS QUOTED BY THIS SITE. In the event of a shortfall being quoted, you will be emailed with the correct cost and asked for confirmation of your wish to continue with the sale before your order is processed. The customer is responsible at their own expense to obtain any import or export license or any other documentation deemed necessary. The customer will be liable for any customs and excise duties applicable in the destination country. Delivery Errors The Customer must inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and shall within 3 working days of such delivery give written notice to T2 Enterprises Customer Services of any defect in the Goods. Queries regarding shortages of Goods must be made within 3 days of delivery date and must be accompanied by the delivery note. If the Customer fails to give such notice, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the Contract and free from any defect, which would be apparent on reasonable examination, and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods accordingly. T2 reserve the right to require payment by direct bank transfer for orders to be shipped outside of UK mainland. Returns, Unwanted Items and Cancellations You may normally request a refund or cancel your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) on a "Change of Mind" basis if you notify us within the 7 days following the day the product was delivered. However, we cannot refund your money when there is a service contract with the product (such as a mobile phone contract) and the contract has already commenced. Refunds will not be processed against any delivery charge that may have been or will be incurred by shipping a product back that is subject to a "Change of Mind". "Change of Mind" does not include personal products or consumables that have been opened due to there nature and hygiene, faulty units may still be returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Items returned as "Change of Mind" with damaged packaging, or not in pristine condition may be subject to a restocking admin fee not exceeding 25% of the original sales value (such returns have to be sold secondhand at greatly reduced prices). If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Items that are returned as faulty will be tested by our returns department, products that are found not faulty are subject to being returned to the customer, or, in the case of refund requested and within 14 working days of purchase, will be treated as a "Change of Mind" item return. If your product develops a fault after more than 28 days, it will normally be covered by a minimum 1 year guarantee. Consumer protection These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights and those given by the Distance selling regulations.
