Firstly, to process your order

We request information about customers on our order form to allow us to process the order and deliver the purchases.
A user must provide contact information (such as name, email and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiry date) This information is used for billing purposes and for purchase delivery.

Secondly, to provide you with the best possible service

If we have trouble processing an order the information supplied will be used to contact the customer.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

Site Security

This web site takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users enter sensitive information on the website this information is protected both online and offline. When sensitive information such as credit card details are entered the information is encrypted using the best software encryption in the industry - SSL. Our servers use 1024 BIT encryption, one of the highest levels of security available.
When we require you to enter credit card details on-line this will be done over a secure connection, you will be prompted with a pop up box notifying you that the secure connection is active and a locked gold padlock will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. By double clicking on the padlock you will be able to see the secure servers certificate.
The information that we receive from the user will only be accessible by the Web Sales team, no permament record of card details will be stored on computer. The users name and details of products ordered will be passed to our warehouse teams to despatch the order.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

This information is aggregated and not linked to personal information. The information is used to develop the site to our visitors needs.
